Go Wylie Pirates!!! AHMO's family decided after 8-1/2 years that they could no longer care for her and turned her over to Pup Patrol. She is a sweetheart of a pup, but due to her older age we recommend a home with no small children. AHMO (or "MoMo" as her foster Mom calls her) was born approximately February 23, 2007 and currently weighs about 25 lbs (although she could stand to loose a few pounds.) She gets along just fine with other dogs and is good with kitties too. She is house and crate trained, but really doesn't need a crate. She loves ear and belly rubs and is especially fond of treats! The longer hair around her ears gets tangled quite a bit, but she's really good about getting them brushed out. She is a sweet, spunky older girl who is looking for a quiet family to spend the rest of her life with. If you are interested in adding this pup to your family, please click here (or copy and paste http://dfwpuppatrol.rescuegroups.org/info/adoption into your browser) to view our adoption info and where you will find the link to fill out our online Pre-Adoption Application. Any questions can be directed to us at info@dfwpuppatrol.com. All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $225, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
