My name is Leo . I was born around June of 2016. I am a tri-colored (mostly brown), male Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix. My mom is a registered Chihuahua and my dad is a registered Rat Terrier. I weigh around 3 lbs. I am an extremely affectionate boy who loves to give kisses to everyone. My mom, sister and I were surrendered to DFW Pup Patrol because our previous owner was unable to properly care for us. I have had all of my puppy shots and am ready to find my forever home. I love to run and play outside with my foster siblings.

I love having lots of toys to chew on. My teeth are pretty sharp so I need appropriate chew toys or I will find something to chew on!  I sleep in a crate with my sister but when the sun comes up and I’m ready to play. I’m trying my best to be able to jump on the couch but can’t quite make it because of my little legs. My foster family is working with me on potty training. I’m too little for leash training at this time but will learn about it soon!  I will need a patient family who will teach me how to be a good dog as I grow.

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $225, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
