Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat) : : Male : : Adult : : Medium
Diesel lived the first 4 years of his life in a back yard and was saved from euthanasia when a family member stepped in to save him. From there he spent a few months in a boarding facility until Pup Patrol agreed to take him into rescue. We found out he was high heartworm positive and fortunately he found a foster home that took him in while he underwent treatment. He is now healthy and ready for his forever home! Diesel is a beautiful tri-color boy with a medium build....he currently weighs 60 lbs. He can be a bit timid and takes a bit to warm up to some men, but he's great with all people once he gets to know them. He does not do cats! He LOVES to play with other pups, and he's definitely a rough and tumble player. He loves toys, sticks, and chew bones. Diesel comes crate trained and house trained, and he walks well on a leash. He absolutely adores affection and likes to hog all his human's attention. He will make a great member of almost any family.
