Pierre is a sweetheart!  He is about 2 years old and weighs 14.5 lbs. so he is full grown.  I have decided to call him a Shih Tzoodle based on thinking he is a mix of Poodle and Shih Tzu.  Pierre has this beautiful shiny black fur coat that is all curls and these big black, black eyes!  Such a sweet face you will fall in love with.  His coat is so soft and he loves for you to pet him.  When you start petting, he starts stretching so that you cover as much space on his back as possible…he just soaks up the affection and attention.  Pierre is a very sweet natured little guy, easy-going, loves to play with his toys and gets along very well with our other dogs.  Pierre does not seem to be shy around new people either, he makes friends quickly.  He is fully crate trained now and will sleep quietly in his crate all night with no accidents – you won’t hear a peep out of him until it is morning and he is ready to go outside for his potty break – he will bark to let you know it is time.  He is doing great inside as well.  Pierre is a curious little guy and loves to explore his environment but he also loves to curl up with you and snuggle.  He is a very affectionate little one and is good about coming to you when you call him.  He is not destructive with his toys and we have not seen any evidence of him chewing where he shouldn’t.   We do NOT recommend an apartment environment for this pup. Pierre will be a special addition for the right family!

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $250, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 8 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
