Cane Corso Mastiff / Mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Young : : Large
Adoption info can be found here in the last paragraph of this pet's profile or by visiting this direct link: http://dfwpuppatrol.com/info/adoption Maia was the product of a Cane Corso breeder oops when the Mom got pregnant by a Pitbull. The breeder gave all the puppies away for free, and thankfully Maia went to a decent owner. Unfortunately for Maia though the owner decided to move out of state and the only person willing to take her could not have her in an apartment. Maia was born in the beginning of December 2018 and is currently around 50 lbs. She will probably be about 60-70 full grown. She has the softest coat and the sweetest disposition. She loves nothing more than cuddling with her person. She can be shy when first meeting people and takes a bit longer to warm up with men, but once she knows you're her person she is yours for life! Maia has been around lots of dogs and does great with them. She doesn't seem to mind cats either. She has basic obedience training, walks well on leash, is crate trained and house trained. She loves toys, chewing on sticks, chasing a ball, and playing in water. She is a spot stealer....if you get up she hops right into the spot you were sitting in, and sometimes she will try to beat her foster Mom to her chair. ;-) She's a very well behaved puppy and doesn't get into mischief or take things that aren't hers. Maia will be available to go to her forever home after September 6th once she gets spayed and heals. We are accepting applications now. Please do your research on the Cane Corso breed before applying!!!
