Adoption info can be found in the last paragraph of this pet's profile or by visiting this direct link: https://www.dfwpuppatrol.com/info/adoption Herbert is a sweet Great Pyrenees puppy. He went to the vet with a few broken toes in September, 2020 and has had a very long road to recovery ever since, but is finally done with all that and ready to find his forever family. Having to wear a cast and a cone never stopped him though! He is such a sweet, loving pup. He loves to run around in the backyard playing and chasing all day as well as sunbathing too. He is never ready to go inside (typical Pyr)! He can be a little shy with big dogs, even though he himself is a big dog......it just takes him a bit to warm up. He loves playing with small dogs like his Pomeranian foster brother, but don’t worry he is oh so gentle. We are looking for a new forever home for him where there is another well matched companion dog for him. Herbert can be a bit timid and shy at first when meeting new people. He is also scared of loud noises and will find the smallest place possible to hide. Once he gets to know you he will absolutely adore you! Herbert is completely potty trained and crate trained too. He likes cuddles and laying in bed with his humans. He knows the commands “sit” and “paw” and is super treat motivated. He is very vocal and loves to talk back too. Herbert was born around the end of March, 2020 and currently weighs approximately 51 lbs. Herbert's new home must be located in the immediate area of Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX.
