Nike is the sweetest boy who found himself in an unfortunate situation. He ended up in a high kill shelter after found wandering. He did have a microchip but the original owners had re-homed him and didn't have contact info for the new owners who never claimed him from the shelter. When we got him he was high heartworm positive so he's had to go through months of treatment, but he's finished all that and gotten his neuter and is ready to find his forever home. Nike is about 5 years old and weighs about 90 lbs. He is good with most dogs and loves kids. He walks great on leash and absolutely loves his daily walks. He sits on command, waits patiently at the threshold before going out, and is crate trained but doesn't really need one. His foster mom leaves him free to roam the house while she's at work and he doesn't do anything.
