This is Rusty, a Labrador Retriever mix who is approximately a year old, approximately 50 lbs, and he's looking for his furever family to call his very own. Rusty is a real sweetheart who loves to play, cuddle, and give lots of hugs and kisses. He loves water and loves to play in his pool - especially on hot days.

He was adopted when he was a cute little puppy, but returned to the rescue group because he grew up and his previous family did not have the time nor the inclination to work with him and teach him the necessary skills to fit in with the family. Because of this, Rusty has become shy and it will take a special person/family who understands that Rusty needs a lot of love in order to re-gain his trust and feel secure in his new home. Rusty would do great with an active family and another large companion pup.
