Gizmo is a 2-year-old, 9-pound Shih Tzu Mix pup.  Found wandering with Gidget (also a DFW Pup Patrol dog available for adoption) near the interstate in rush hour traffic, Gizmo is a sweet, fluffy little guy who LOVES being with people.  Though he takes a few minutes to warm up and can seem nervous or upset at first, Gizmo is happiest when in your lap, rolling over to let you rub his tummy!  Gizmo has earned a special place in our family's heart as a gentle snuggler who is happy to be held by everyone!  Gizmo is crate-trained, doing well on his housetraining, great with children (and has been around many from age 4 and up), and quite happy taking walks with his foster family or lounging with his people.  Happy to sit for treats, Gizmo also dances and shakes occasionally!  Gizmo is healthy, happy, and ready for his forever family!  This adorable pup will be the perfect companion dog for almost any family, and who can resist that precious under-bite?

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $200, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
