Pippa is such a love bug. She lives to be loved and wants to be with her person or persons as much as possible. She gets along great with all of the other foster dogs in her home, she is a brave little warrior in play...even with the bigger pups. She totally loves her little green toy! She is ok with the cats in her foster home, unless they get on the bed with her but she is so small that she would never be a threat to any but the smallest kitten. Pippa loves playing fetch, snuggling, eating and her "baby." We think that she will be a great little dog for a family with kids that aren't too rough or older kids that will play and we think she will be best with another friendly dog that isn't too much bigger, but that has the ability to keep up with her.  She is good on a leash, but will go after rabbits so she NEEDS to be on a leash when not in a fenced backyard. She is a lovely baby that is estimated to be around 3 years old, and currently weighs about 11 lbs.

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $225, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
