Hello world – my name is Givenchy and I love people!  I am so ready for my very own family and I am looking for them right now.  I am a male Chinese Crested Hairless, born 04/18/15, and I weigh 13 ½ pounds.  I know my breed is often known as the winner in world’s ugliest dog contests but I sure wouldn’t win that one – I am adorable!  Just look at my pictures – my face is gorgeous!  My foster mom thinks I look like a mini-Clydesdale because I prance when I walk.  I hold my head up high and do this little head flip so my long hair doesn’t cover up my eyes when I am running.  I am so personable (if I do say so myself) and you will love having me to adore you.  I really love everyone, but I want my very own family.  I was surrendered to DFW Pup Patrol when my owners moved to Florida – I guess they thought the sun would be too hot for me to live there all the time.  Anyway, their loss is your gain because now I can come and live with you!  I am crate trained and working on my housetraining – I am neutered now so that helps.  I do require extra maintenance – a fella has to look beautiful too.  Sunscreen when I go outside because my delicate skin burns easily.  I also love rub-downs with Aveeno lotion – hey, if it is good enough for Jennifer Aniston, it is good enough for me.  I want my skin to stay soft and supple too, but no lanolin – some of us are allergic to it.  You would need to read up on my breed because I do have requirements for my good health but I know I am worth the effort.

I would probably not do best in a home by myself unless someone in my new family would be home with me during the day.  I get lonely by myself – my people are the biggest part of my life.  I do get along very well with other dogs, love to play with them, and I am so cute when I play with toys – love to toss them up in the air and then roll on them.  But most of all – I promise you will have my undying devotion from the day you take me home with you.  I will stand there and look up at you with my big brown eyes – just waiting for you to tell me to come on up and get in your lap.
