Tootsie is just a little bitty girl – only 5.4 pounds and she is about 18 months old.  She has to be a Shih Tzu mix because she is so sweet and her fur is soooo soft.  Her foster Mom loves to sit and hold her and just pet her.  She doesn’t mind at all – she is definitely a little lover and a cuddler.  She has an independent streak that shows up sometimes and she likes to just curl up in her doggie bed – as long as it is in the room with you.  Tootsie is playful and enjoys toys, chewing on your fingers, and playing with other dogs.  She has a very gentle, easy-going nature – is not a licker but does like to get up right in your face and just touch you – and did I mention she is a lover!  She is a beautiful charcoal gray color and has big eyes that look up at you when she wants to be picked up.  Tootsie is crate trained and house trained – she has a doggie door that she will use but she will also let you know when she wants out.
