Hi there! I’m Flash!  I’m estimated to be about 1-1/2 years old and we believe I'm a Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix pup.  I love cuddles and giving tiny little kisses.  I’m only about 6.5 pounds! I’m crate trained and very close to being potty trained. I love being around other pups and am ok with kitties too! I’m a pretty outgoing little guy, but can be a little shy in new situations! I’m looking for a family to give me lots of cuddles and love!
