Hello my name is Otis! Believe it or not I was born bald, but I have blossomed into a little fluffball! I was born in the rescue to a Terrier mix mom on September 9, 2019. I am currently about 9 lbs at 3 months old. We have no clue who my daddy was. I tend to be more dramatic than my siblings. If I don't like something, I will let you know. I am super adventurous and like to hide under the furniture. My foster family has to look under everything in order to put me to bed. I look chunky, but I promise I'm only fluffy. I have been doing ok on potty training, but I am still a puppy so sometimes I don't make it all the way out the door. My foster family assures me that I will get the hang of it soon. I enjoy other dogs, and my main focus is to play. I'm not sure how I will do with kitties...they may scare me. I am just now learning how to walk on a leash and am catching on quickly. I sleep in a crate overnight and usually make it without any accidents.
