Meet Snooks!  She's a tiny 8 year old Cairn Terrier who is very sweet and protective of her foster mom.  Not fond of little kids but does fine with older ones.  She will establish her supremacy with other dogs...she keeps her foster mom's Rottweiller in her place...but she crates fine with the Chihuahuas.  She has also started playing with the female Doxie girl.  Snooks is active but loves to just rest beside you on the sofa.  She'll escort you to the restroom and repeatedly come check on you if you're showering.  The groomer loved her.  She's very smart.  She does not run off...she goes out with her foster brothers and sisters, does her business, and comes back in with them as if she's done so all her life.  Snooks would really do best with someone who is home during the day, but if you're not home during the day, she does ok in a crate with another dog so she's not alone. With the time in the cage at the shelter and then at boarding before she went into foster care did not sit well with her at all.  She's smaller in stature than the foster mom's chis, doesn't mind at all when doggy clothing is put on her, and is a very, very happy girl!  Snook has been fully vetted and her teeth have been cleaned.  If you are interested in this sweet little girl and can offer her a lifetime of love, care, and companionship, please contact Lisa Arion at larion@panterasolutions.com.  Snooks adoption fee is $175.
