This is Jake the Wonder Dog...he is brilliant, fun, and beautiful.  He is a German Shepherd mix adult male and weighs approximately 50 lbs.  When he and his now best friend were rescued, Jake was bald from the middle of this back down to his hind feet, just a little skeleton, and his rescuer didn't think he'd make it quite honestly.  They were rescued from horrible neglect and starvation.

And then there's Choco (the right hand pup in the photo), Jake's best friend and loyal companion.  Choco is a 90-lb male adult Staffie/Catahoula X pup.  These two pups have been together since Choco was born and have meant everything to each other and they can't stand the thought of being separated, as they are very dependent on one another.

This pair needs to go to a special home, one that is full of love and care.  They are use to lots of play space and a doggie door.  They are both beautiful and smart.  They love to play fetch and Jake plays soccer as well, even by himself.  Both are neutered and current on shots.  They're healthy and would be very happy if someone had time to spend with them and give them the love they so deserve.  Jake and Choco should be the only dogs in their new furever home.  So, if you're as special as we are, please consider us and contact Joy at 817-357-9682.
