Beautiful Beau is a gorgeous lab mix with an absolutely wonderful, sweet and gentle disposition. Beau is somewhat laid back and extremely loving and smart. He adores being near you no matter what you’re doing and will spend hours just laying at your feet or curling up beside you to watch TV. To look into Beau’s eyes…you know without question all he wants is a family of his own where he’ll be loved and cherished just as he will love and cherish them. Beau is quickly learning to walk on a leash, he’s crate trained and well on his way to being housetrained, too. Beau gets along great with other dogs, cats, children and even vets, too!
Beau and his brother Joey’s story is a really sad one. They were spotted early in the day sitting on the side of a lonely back road where, after hearing about them, I found them late that night in the very same spot…still patiently waiting and watching for the master who had abandoned them but would never return. Since they’ve been in foster care they've flourished and become absolutely wonderful, loving and playful dogs.
Beau is a little over a year old, fully grown, weighs 60 lbs and stands about approximately two feet tall. He’s current on all of his shots, already neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm preventative. All he needs now is plenty of love! Beau is such a loyal and loving dog and he deserves a family and home full of love where this time forever means just that…forever…never to be abandoned or lose his family again! Beau does not have to be adopted with his brother Joey but, if you want a built in playmate sure to give you lots of laughter watching them, I know he’ll be happy to bring his brother along.
