Looking for a great family pet?  This may very well be your girl!  Pepper is a very sweet girl who we believe is a Flat-Coated Retriever with possibly some Spaniel mixed in, but could be a purebred Flat-Coated Retriever.  She is approximately 7 to 9 years of age and has the ability to match the energy level of the person she is with.  Pepper loves to play with her ball, but is also perfectly content just hanging out with the family.  When we rescued Pepper her coat was extremely matted, so we had no choice but to trim a lot of her fur off; however, it will grow back quickly and be absolutely stunning!!  Her ears were not taken care of, so she will need extra special attention given to her ears.  In fact, she may have "some" hearing impairment, but it doesn't seem to be causing any problems whatsoever.  Pepper is housetrained and she enjoys her daily walks.

If you are interested in adding this pup to your family, please fill out our Pre-Adoption Application. The link to this form can be found on the home page of our website, http://www.dfwpuppatrol.com. It can be submitted via email to info@dfwpuppatrol.com or faxed to 972-767-4849. All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $200, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
