How could a dog named Precious be anything but wonderful! This sweet girl is a white Schnauzer mix pup and she really looks and acts all Schnauzer from her bark to her big brown eyes and super sweet expression. She weighs about 16 pounds and is an adult dog between 3-5 years of age.  Her beautiful coat was such a mess when we rescued her so we had to get her clipped short; however, as you can see in the "before" photo it will grow out and with proper grooming the possibilities are endless!

Precious has a very sweet personality and loves to curl up in your lap with you. She is a very friendly girl and will come to you when you call her so she isn't shy or timid. She does enjoy playing with children, her toys, and gets along very well with each of her foster sibling dogs. Precious especially loves wallowing around with the little 4-pound Chihuahua she lives with - they are great buddies and have the best time together.  She is crate trained and we have not had any accidents in the house since we have had her with us. Precious is a really special and loving girl who will add a lot of joy to her new home!

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $200, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
