IMPORTANT NOTE: Please click on “Read More about this Pet” at the bottom for additional information regarding this pet and adoption details. Hi! My name is Rojo, chosen for my beautiful color. It seems I may be a long-haired Chihuahua mix, about 2 years old, and approximately 10 lbs. I am the cutest and sweetest dog you've ever seen and chock full of personality. I cruised away from my house and got lost and no one ever came to find me. I was so terrified that I was just trembling and my rescuers had to pick me up, cuddle me, and just give me some time. Then I was off to the vet of course, which was even more terrifying - yuck - the things they do to you there. Today is a new day and I'm full of vim and vigor. I still like to stick close to my foster Mom, but I like other dogs a lot and I love children. I like to play games and hide my food and treats and save them ‘til no one's watching! I'm a bit shy at first, especially with men, but I warm up quickly. Don't you think you could use a sweet lap dog like me? I hope so! Love, Rojo If you are interested in adding this pup to your family, please fill out our Pre-Adoption Application.
