IMPORTANT NOTE: Please click on “Read More about this Pet” at the bottom for additional information regarding this pet and adoption details. My name is Stryker and I'm looking for a great new furever home. I have some obvious physical characteristics of a Pointer, but I don't act at all like one. In addition to a Pointer, they think I am a Brittany Spaniel/Great Pyranees mix pup who is about 1 to 2 years of age and approximately 55 lbs. I absolutely adore being around people and am great with kids. If you have any other pets I should fit in just fine, because at my foster home I get along great with the other dogs and cats of the family. I have plenty of energy, but know how to relax when it's time to be calm. I'm not finicky about eating and I know how to ask when it's time to go outside. I am housetrained and I'm fine in a crate, but it's not my favorite place to hang out. I am huge at cuddling, and the Brittany Spaniel in me means I love to hug!!! Don't let my houndish appearance fool ya...I am a super balanced pup with an endless supply of love to give! Playing ball is something I'm good at and enjoy as a way of exercising, but I'm also pretty good on a leash and won't drag you around the block, so my daily walks will be enjoyable for you too! If you don't mind the affection, I like to stand on my back legs and give big puppy hugs, and although I am a larger breed, I'm still quite cuddly. I would really like a chance to meet you and give you a chance to get to know me. If you are interested in adding this pup to your family, please fill out our Pre-Adoption Application.
