Prissy is very sweet, calm and adorable Miniature Schnauzer. She is approximately 5 years old and weighs about 13 lbs.  She likes to be in your lap, but will also sit or lay down by herself. She is perfect for almost any family. She loves to be in your lap while you are driving (of course, that it is not such a good thing to do but you can teach her not to.) She doesn't mind to be in her crate at night sleeping, but we are sure she would prefer to sleep with her humans if given a choice. She is still learning how to stay happy and calm in her crate while she is home alone....she will still cry a bit as she just doesn't like it, but she should get better with time. She enjoys the company of other dogs. She is housetrained and will let you know when she wants to go out. She respects the order of the pack at meal time, but she doesn't like other dogs around her food. Prissy loves treats and playing with people and other pups. She loves to be in your arms for a bit. We think she is a perfect dog! She loves to go for walks and she will kiss you right on the nose. Please be patient with her at the beginning when she doesn't know you well; after a couple of days and a lot love she will be loyal forever.

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $200, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
