Shadow Girl is a bit older, but a very loyal and personable pup who the vet believes is a miniature Husky mix girl.  She is approximately 9/10 years of age and a great size of 26 lbs. Her favorite thing is being with her people; however, she enjoys playing with other pups and is also very happy just lounging around quietly.  It seems this sweet girl has had a pretty rough life; we rescued her from being tied to a tree on an abandoned property.  It took a little bit to earn her trust and let her know she doesn’t need to be afraid of people.  We believe she may very well have been abused since she sometimes cowers down with fast arm movements, but this sweetie holds no grudges with the past and based on her progress, is very eager to never be afraid again.  Shadow Girl is housetrained and uses a doggie door.  She is good with children, but can be a little mouthy when she plays, so we recommend a home with older children.  This love will be a wonderful unconditional companion for life for that special someone or family.

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $200, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
