My name is Sparky and we believe I am a poodle mix pup who is about 1 year old and I weigh approximately 8.6 lbs.  My owner surrendered me at a local city shelter and DFWPP saved me.  My coat is really adorable when it’s grown out, but it was such an awful mess we had to get rid of it all and start from scratch!  I love to play and run in the yard with the other pups in my wonderful foster home.  I really enjoy playing with toys too!  Since I am still young, I will need a family who has the time and patience to help me through my adolescent phase in life.  You'll need to make sure I have toys to chew on or I may decide to chew something I'm not supposed to.  I am working on potty training and learning how to use a doggie door.  I am super affectionate and love to give kisses.  I really want a family to call my own that will be forever this time!

All of our adoptable pups have an adoption fee of $225, regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 6 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 4 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
