Delta Dawn was saved from a local kill shelter with a horrible ear infection. Poor little thing was in a lot of pain so we got her to the vet right away and thankfully it was able to be treated with meds and she avoided surgery for them. Delta Dawn's foster Mom says she is the absolute, sweetest little girl you could ever meet! She gets along well with other pups her size, but is a bit intimidated by large dogs. She likes to chase cats, but she's great with all people and children. We believe she is a Wire-Haired Dachschund mixed with some kind of Terrier. She is around 1.5 years old and weighs about 13 lbs. She is already house and crate trained too!
